Our operations are based in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, and extend to regional destinations including Botswana and Zambia.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made via our website, email, or authorized agents.
- A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be made prior to the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, card, or approved online payment gateways.
- Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.
3. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices include only what is clearly stated in the itinerary.
- Exclusions such as park fees, visas, insurance, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to:
- Government taxes
- Park fee increases
- Fuel price fluctuations
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy
By the Client:
- 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees
- 15–29 days: 50% cancellation fee
- 0–14 days: 100% cancellation fee
By the Company:
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Insufficient participants
- Events beyond our control (Force Majeure)
In such cases, clients will receive:
- A full refund OR
- Option to reschedule
5. Changes & Amendments
- Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing.
- Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- Last-minute changes are not guaranteed.
6. Travel Documents & Visas
- Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and health requirements.
- We recommend obtaining the KAZA UniVisa for travel between Zimbabwe and Zambia where applicable.
- No refunds will be given for failure to obtain correct travel documentation.
7. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
- Participation in activities (safaris, cruises, adventure sports) is at your own risk.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations
- Personal belongings
8. Liability Disclaimer
Happy Tours Victoria Falls acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (lodges, transport companies, activity operators).
We are not liable for:
- Injury, loss, or damage during tours
- Delays, cancellations, or disruptions
- Acts of third-party suppliers
All activities are undertaken at the client’s own risk.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political instability
- Pandemics
- Border closures
10. Conduct & Responsibility
- Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws and customs.
- We reserve the right to remove any client whose behavior:
- Is unsafe
- Disrupts others
- Violates laws
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
11. Children Policy
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Certain activities may have age restrictions for safety reasons.
12. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for:
- Booking processing
- Communication
- Service delivery
We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.
13. Intellectual Property
